Culture
Values
-
We give our clients the space to shine and inspire each other to achieve success. Our clients rely on our expertise. This requires us to take ownership and have both good and brave conversations about this, also with clients and business partners. We hold each other to high standards. We do this in a motivating way. In so doing, we give each other the space to take that small step forward every day.
-
We give each other space. We are self-aware and actively work on our energy balance. We think big. And always in possibilities, even when things get rough. We work smart and consciously make time to celebrate successes together. With good fun.
-
We all share space with each other and make connections. We think in networks and act as a unit, paying attention to everyone. We join forces; with colleagues, customers and business partners. Because we achieve more together than alone. And sharing also means multiplying: we look beyond our own interests while keeping our own goals in sight.
Remuneration policy
Quion Groep B.V.'s (Quion) remuneration policy has been developed in accordance with current laws and regulations governing remuneration in the financial sector. Quion's remuneration policy is tailored to Quion's size, organization and activities. The remuneration policy is reviewed periodically.
-
Customer interests are at the heart of our services. This is reflected, among other things, in the way we reward our employees. The remuneration (salary and other terms of employment) of our employees does not contain a variable component. For members of the Executive Board, Managers and Account Executives, however, part of the remuneration is variable.
The amount of the variable part of the remuneration is, as a rule, a maximum of 20% of the fixed salary of the Executive Board member and depends, among other things, on the quality of the work delivered and the objectives achieved by the Executive Board member in question. At least half of these objectives always consist of non-financial targets. A variable remuneration awarded is generally paid out in cash following the year to which the assessment relates (the performance year).
Quion Groep B.V. is ultimately responsible for the remuneration policy and for supervising its implementation for its employees. For management board members, this lies with Blauwtrust Groep B.V.The total amount of variable remuneration paid by Quion for this group of employees in 2023, relating to the performance year 2022, is €433,582. This concerns 30 employees and the average percentage of variable remuneration per person is 14.55%.
Quion has no employees who received total remuneration exceeding € 1 million
